The current version works with Chamsys MagicQ consoles, it’s capable to handle 16 playbacks simultaneously and capable of triggering 127 cues per playback.
Configuration is Easy. One only needs to set the Midi in device, Target IP and the UDP Port and you are good to go. The m2Q package consists of a hardware device, An Ableton Live config file and a Chamsys show file. Development
We are currently working on a new hardware version of M2Q, with the following features:
- Plug&Play with stored configuration: no need of laptops, just plug the cables and perform
- Real-time: fast processing of all commands for a sync show without delays
- USB-MIDI interface: connect directly to artist laptop
- MIDI-RTP (AppleMIDI) for MIDI over Ethernet communication
- Load standard configuration from SD Card
- Change configuration with custom app.
